Pre-order
What are the different means of payment accepted on the website?
Payment can be made through credit cards such as Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. You can also pay in three easy installments with no extra charge through our partner Scalapay.
Can I pay in 3 instalments, free of charge?
Yes, paying in 3 installments with no extra charge through Scalapay is possible. Select this method before proceeding to the payment.
How can I know if my order has been validated?
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided by you. It will include a summary of your order and invoice.
How can I use my gift card online?
To use your gift card, go to the “Create your own perfume” section, then ““,Validate Gift Voucher", and fill in the necessary fields, particularly your order number. You will not have to pay anything apart from the additional options that you would like to add.
When will my payment taken in to account?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order, justifying payment and summarizing your purchase.
If it is a one-time payment, you are debited the same day. On the other hand, if it is a payment in installments via our partner Scalapay, you are debited with the same amount at the end of each month.
Order
Due to unforeseen reasons or if I am sick, how can I cancel or modify my reservation?
You can change or modify your reservation 48 hours before the time of your appointment on weekdays. On Saturday, due to high demand, you can modify it before 72 hours (unless there is a prior medical condition)
If it is impossible to make an appointment, the gift voucher can be transferred to a loved one with our agreement.
Can I cancel my order despite having paid?
Yes, you can cancel your order within the given time period. Your payment will be processed after 14 days of the day of purchase.

I have not received any order confirmation, what should I do?
If you placed your order using your customer account, log in to your customer area and click on “orders.” You will then be able to view the status of your order.
If you placed your order as a guest, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Department, our team will be happy to help you about the progress of your order.
Can I get a gift box?
Yes, wrapping your order in gift paper following a request is possible. When placing your order, you can communicate this request to us in the comments.
You can return your item by returning the parcel via post.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and sent to us within seven days of delivery.
Once we receive your returned items, we will refund or arrange an exchange.
Please note that we do not cover return costs for orders outside France.

Shipping and Delivery
Do I have to pay the shipping costs?
Different options are available to you, which are as follows:

- Home delivery for the Le Classique box set: €12 excl. tax
- Home delivery for the La Rose box: €9.60 excl
- Home delivery for a perfume recommendation: €7 excl. tax
- Home delivery for a candle: €7 excl. tax
Products ordered via the site are delivered by La Poste Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
What is the average delivery time?

What are the different means of delivery?

How do I track the status of my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email informing you of the status of your order, accompanied by a tracking number so you can track your delivery.
Has my order been expedited ?

We deliver our products within France as well as Internationally also.
With the help of your Colissimo tracking number, you can track the dispatch and progress of the package or contact the transport company La Poste to inform them of your situation.

Account
How to create an account?
An account is directly created when you place an order.
On the other hand, if you are not yet a customer, you can go to “Profile” and enter the information necessary to create your customer account.
I forgot my password; how do I log in again?
Click on the "Account" icon at the top right of the page, then go to "Forgot your password? ". After entering the email address associated with your account, you will get an email allowing you to reset your password.

Studio
Will the perfume created suit me?
During the perfume creation workshop, you will smell each base, middle and top note and select the ones you like. An expert perfumer accompanies you and advises you to refine your selection and dose on each note to guarantee that the perfume created suits you perfectly. He will find the best balance between the various scents you select.
What is a perfume organ?
It is a storage unit in the shape of a semicircle presenting the different notes. At the Studio des Parfums, we offer you an experience based on listening with the help of a perfume organ and its 180 combined scents. To create a unique scent just for you!
Where are you located?
Our Studio is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais, at 7 rue des Francs Bourgeois, very near to Place des Vosges.
Can I buy other perfumes?
At Le Studio des Parfums, we offer our usual perfume bottles, available in 3 different volumes, but you can also opt for personalized bottles (optional).
Also discover our Murano bottles, handcrafted with our partners in Venice-Murano. Bottles are exclusive.
Are your products environment friendly?
All our essences come from Grasse, the world capital of perfume. They are reworked by our perfumers in our internal laboratory in Paris.
60% of the notes of our perfume organs are natural.

Our Workshops
How can I validate my gift voucher?
You can visit our website (https://stage.studiodesparfums-paris.fr), then "Validate your gift voucher", and enter your creation number. The program that has been offered to you and its options are displayed, then select an appointment date, book, and use your discount code at checkout to validate your gift voucher on the desired date.

Can I come and accompany someone?
For organizational and logistical reasons, we have limited the number of places to guarantee everyone's comfort and safety. Accompanying persons are, therefore, not authorized (except elderly people, people with disabilities, or children).
What are your prices of your workshop and products?
We offer tailor-made perfume creation workshops ranging from €95 (30mL olfactory getaway) to a Masterclass at the price of €480.
We also offer a Le Classique home creation box at €125 and a La Rose formulation box at €160. Candles made in our workshop are offered at the price of 35€.
Can I find the online offers in store?
Yes quite. On the other hand, it is recommended to place an order on the site for a better follow-up.
What should be the minimum age required to attend the workshop?
From the age of 6 and above, you can take part in workshops to create bespoke perfumes. Participants will be accompanied and advised by a perfumer throughout this olfactory experience.
The workshops last, on average, 2 hours. After an introduction to the world of perfumery, the creation begins based on the base notes, heart notes and top notes.
If you wish to attend our perfume creation workshops, booking in advance on our website is recommended for better coordination.
Our core business lies in tailor-made perfume creation workshops, workshops lasting 2 hours, during which you benefit from personalized support from a Nose perfumer. You will have the pleasure of immersing yourself in our olfactory universe by first understanding the world of perfumery, then discovering and smelling the different notes that make up our perfume organ, and composing your olfactory signature from these scents.
We offer different workshops with various formats.
All our perfumers are fluent in French and English, so we are pleased to offer workshops in that two languages.
Our workshops are offered in mini-groups with a maximum capacity per room of 8 people.
We also have a private workshop for people who prefer an intimate atmosphere. Find the Nez à Nez workshop, a privatized workshop in the evening, with a person of your choice and one of our Nez perfumers. However, you can contact our customer service department for any request; we will make you a custom offer.
Following the workshop, you will take home the perfume you created in a bottle.
For any question relating to your pregnancy and its activities, it is advisable to refer to your doctor's advice.
Our workshops do not present any contraindications with pregnancy.
It is important to note that the sense of smell can be more “sensitive” during this period, depending on the person, and certain scents/odors will seem more lively, even very revealed, or less appreciated.
If you are wearing perfume now, you can, in principle, attend our workshop without difficulty.
You can come to attend your workshop, put it on hold for as long as necessary, or give it to the person of your choice.
If you opt for digital sending, you will receive your voucher between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. (if you have not indicated the time). The postage delivery time for printing the gift voucher is 1-2 days.
