For the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2025, the world’s premier event for creativity and communication, Le Studio des Parfums Paris is proud to announce a collaboration
with AWS Amazon centered around their artificial intelligence, NOVA-Sonic.
This partnership, born from a call for expertise, highlights Le Studio des Parfums Paris’
technological prowess in applying AI to the art of perfumery.
Le Studio des Parfums is delighted to introduce the first public AI perfumery assistant: LYLO. This olfactory creation engine empowers anyone to design a custom fragrance, guided by a specialized AI that simplifies the understanding of over 1,200 raw materials and adapts the formula according to the user’s preferences (floral, woody, spicy, etc.). The system is designed for multiple languages and is available remotely. Two versions are offered: one for individuals (with a home creation kit)
and one for professionals, featuring a panel of 1,200 raw materials.
Patrice Dana, co-founder of Le Studio des Parfums and an AI pioneer since 2001, embodies this vision: he will represent Le Studio des Parfums and share his perspective on the perfumery of the 3rd millennium at the Amazon AWS stand in Cannes.
The demonstration of Amazon-AWS’s NOVA-Sonic AI is inspired by the “LYLO” program developed by our creative studio, offering everyone a unique, AI-powered custom fragrance creation experience during Cannes Lions.
“LYLO” was designed to support—not to replace—the perfumer’s creative process and is currently available in French and English, with more than 10 additional languages coming soon.
Le Studio des Parfums, located in the heart of the Marais district at 21 rue des Écouffes, Paris, has been offering bespoke workshops and remote creation kits for nearly 20 years, solidifying its role as a leading player in modern perfumery.
