On the occasion of the 2025 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, a global event celebrating creativity and communication, Le Studio des Parfums Paris announces a collaboration with AWS Amazon centered on their artificial intelligence platform, NOVA-Sonic.
This partnership, which emerged from a call for expertise, underscores Le Studio des Parfums Paris’s technological expertise in applying AI to the field of perfumery.
Le Studio des Parfums is pleased to announce the first public AI assistant for perfumery: LYLO. This olfactory creation tool allows anyone to design a custom fragrance, guided by specialized AI that simplifies the understanding of over 1,200 raw materials and adapts the formula to the user’s preferences (floral, woody, spicy, etc.). This tool is designed to be multilingual and accessible remotely. Two versions are available: one for individuals (featuring a home creation kit) and one for professionals with a selection of 1,200 raw materials.
Patrice Dana, co-founder of Studio Des Parfums and an AI pioneer since 2001, embodies this ambition: he will represent Studio Des Parfums Paris and share his vision of perfumery for the third millennium at the Amazon AWS booth in Cannes.
The demonstration of Amazon AWS’s NOVA-Sonic AI is inspired by the “LYLO” program developed by our creative studio, offering everyone a bespoke perfume-creation experience during Cannes Lions. “LYLO” was designed to support the perfumer’s creative process without replacing it, and is now available in both French and English, with more than 10 languages coming soon.
Le Studio des Parfums, located in the heart of the Marais district at 21 Rue des Écouffes in Paris, has been offering bespoke workshops and remote creation kits for nearly 20 years, cementing its role as a major player in modern perfumery.
