What payment methods are accepted on the Le Studio des Parfums website?
Payments for purchases can be made using Visa, American Express, or Mastercard. You can also pay through our partner Scalapay, which offers a three-installment payment plan with no additional fees.
Can I pay in three installments with no extra fees?
You can easily pay in three installments with no fees through our partner “Scalapay.” Simply select this payment method before proceeding to checkout.
Was my order successfully placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email includes a summary of your order and your invoice.
How can I use my gift card online?
To use your gift card, simply go to the “Create Your Perfume” section, then “Redeem Gift Card,” and fill in the required fields, including your order number. You won’t have to pay anything, except for any additional options you choose to add.
When will my payment be processed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming your payment and summarizing your purchase.
If you choose to pay in full, you will be charged on the same day. However, if you choose to pay in installments through our partner Scalapay, you will be charged the same amount at the end of each month.

If something unexpected comes up or I get sick, can I cancel or reschedule my order/reservation?*
Due to very high demand on Saturdays, weekend appointments cannot be rescheduled or canceled less than 72 hours before the appointment date (unless a prior medical certificate is provided); on weekdays, the notice period is 48 hours.
If it is not possible to reschedule an appointment, the gift certificate may, of course, be transferred to a family member or friend with our approval.
Can I cancel my order even though I've already paid?
You are welcome to cancel your order within the specified time frame. Please note that your refund will be processed within 14 days of the purchase date.
I'm having a problem with my order. What should I do?

I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
If you placed your order using your customer account, please log in to your account and click on “Orders.” You will then be able to view the status of your order.
If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service team; our representatives will be happy to provide you with information about the status of your order.
Can I get gift wrapping?
We are happy to wrap your order in gift wrap if you request it in advance. To do so, please include this request in the comments section when placing your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Do I have to pay for shipping?
You have several options available, as follows:
- In-store pickup: free
In France:
- Free home delivery: on orders of €200 or more
- Home delivery for the Le Classique gift set: €12 (excl. tax)
- Home delivery for the La Rose gift set: €9.60 (excl. tax)
- Home delivery for a perfume sample: €7 (excl. tax)
- Home delivery for a candle: €7 (excl. tax)
Products ordered through the website are delivered by La Poste Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
What is the average delivery time?
It all depends on the product you order.
Here is an overview of average delivery times:
- Registered mail: 5 to 7 business days
- Printing and shipping of a gift certificate: 3 business days
- At-home craft kit: 7 to 14 business days
- Candle: 7 to 14 business days
- Disappearing perfume: 8 months to 1 year
What are the different shipping options?

How can I track the status of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email updating you on the status of your order, along with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

How do I create an account?
An account is created automatically when you place an order.
However, if you are not yet a customer, you can go to “Profile” and enter the information needed to create your customer account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click the “Account” icon in the top-right corner of the page, then go to “Forgot your password?”. After entering the email address associated with your account, you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
What are the benefits of being a member?
You can access your information at any time:
- View your shopping cart
- Request a return or exchange for an order
- View your order history and download related invoices
- Manage your newsletter subscription
- Update your personal information
Where can I find my personal account?
Simply navigate through the menu on the right and log in to your account.
How do I edit certain information or delete my customer account?
Simply log in to your account. Once logged in, you can:
- Change the email address associated with your account and/or your password
- Edit or delete your saved addresses
- Manage your newsletter subscriptions, etc.
To delete your account, please contact Customer Service by phone or email via the “Contact” section.

Will the perfume I create suit me?
During the perfume-making workshop, you’ll smell each of the base, heart, and top notes, and select the ones you like. An expert perfumer will guide you and advise you on your choices to help you refine your selection and balance each note, ensuring that the resulting fragrance suits you perfectly. They will ensure the best balance is achieved among the various scents you have selected.
What is a perfume organ?
It is a semicircular storage unit featuring different fragrance notes. At the Studio des Parfums, we offer an experience centered on scent exploration using a fragrance organ and its 180 combined scents. For a complex and unique composition—just like you!
Where are you located in Paris?
Our creative studio is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, at 7 Rue des Francs Bourgeois, just a stone’s throw from Place des Vosges.
Are other types of perfume bottles available for purchase?
At Studio des Parfums, we offer our standard bottles, available in three sizes. You can also choose to have your bottles personalized (optional).
Discover our Murano bottles, handcrafted in our partner workshop in Venice-Murano. Our pieces are exclusive and one-of-a-kind.
Where do your essential oils come from?
All of our essential oils come from Grasse, the world capital of perfume. They are then refined by our perfumers in our in-house laboratory in Paris.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?
You can visit our website (https://studiodesparfums-paris.fr), go to “Redeem Your Gift Certificate,” and enter your redemption code. The program you received and its options will be displayed. Then, select an appointment date, make a reservation, and use your discount code during checkout to redeem your gift certificate on the desired date.

Can I bring a guest to the workshop?
For organizational and logistical reasons, we have limited the number of participants to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. Therefore, accompanying guests are not permitted (except for seniors, people with disabilities, or children).
What are the prices of your workshops and products?
We offer custom perfume-making workshops, ranging from €95 (Scented Escape, 30 ml) to a Masterclass priced at €480.
We also offer a home creation kit, “Le Classique,” priced at €125, and a formulation kit, “La Rose,” priced at €160. The candles made in our workshop are available for purchase at €35 each.
Can I find the online deals in-store?
Yes, absolutely. However, we recommend placing your order on the website for better tracking.
At what age can I start attending the workshops?
Children ages 6 and up can participate in workshops to create custom perfumes. Participants are guided and advised by a perfumer throughout this olfactory experience.
